Sewing Machine Repair Service

We repair all brands and all models of domestic machines: sewing machines, embroidery machines, sergers, coverstitch, and blindstitch machines.

Our team is made up of 5 specialized electromechanics technicians with years of experience. Electronics are our specialty: screens, boards, embroidery units, calibrations… no machine intimidates us  whether it’s vintage or modern.

We treat every machine as if it were our own.
Our goal: return it to you in perfect working condition, quickly and with complete confidence.

Full Tune-Up (Major Service)

Every machine goes through a rigorous process to ensure it performs like new.

Inspection

We thoroughly inspect the machine to detect any issues:

• tension systems
• drive system
• gears
• stitch quality
• buttonholes
• needle height
• cutting knives
• lighting
• screen and embroidery unit
• motor and belt
• worn or damaged parts

Every detail matters.

Deposit & Evaluation

A $55 deposit is required when dropping off the machine.

• The deposit is applied toward the repair if you proceed.
• If you decline the repair, the deposit covers the evaluation.

There are no surprises — we always contact you before performing any work.

Internal Cleaning

We open the machine for a complete internal cleaning:

• high-pressure compressed air cleaning
• removal of dust and textile debris
• tension cleaning
• gear cleaning
• carbon removal inside the motor

A proper cleaning greatly extends the life of your machine.

Lubrication

We precisely lubricate all moving mechanisms to ensure smooth and quiet operation.

Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

Needle Replacement

We install a new Schmetz 90/14 needle during service.

An old needle can cause:

• skipped stitches
• thread breakage
• uneven stitching
• premature machine wear

We recommend replacing your needle approximately every 8 hours of use.
